Local “Stop” sign and “no left turn” sign in Thailand. Note the rectangular shape of the sign. According to Google this – หยุด – sounds like “H̄yud”.

There is no way unless you have a special permit. “Kecuali ijin” means “unless permission” in Indonesian language.
